We will accept postage paid returns only after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained, items must be in original packaging, undamaged in condition. RMA is obtained by calling 320-267-7782 or sending an email to us.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We write descriptions that are accurate and complete and accompany them with quality close-up photos so that our customer knows what he or she is getting. However, if you want to return your purchase the following is our policy:
We will issue a partial refund, normally seven days after receipt of your item, less shipping charges. Most items have a restocking fee of 6 percent due to credit card fees. Fees will be waved if we have made mistakes in the description. The original product must be returned in original condition with the original packaging.
All claims for loss or damage during shipping must be filed by the addressee and we will cooperate with the necessary help and information, so that a full refund may be obtained from the shipping carrier--Post Office, UPS, etc.
