Shipping We ship by USPS, which is best for the item being shipped. Prices for ground shipping are comparable with UPS and FedEx, so we reserve the right to make the best shipping decision. Most watches and items that require over $200 in insurance will usually ship by USPS and you will receive a tracking number in your email upon shipment.
Items that do not require over $200 in insurance, will generally ship USPS by Priority mail which is 2-3 day service, and will get to you faster than UPS ground. The tracking information is not as thorough with Priority mail compared to UPS.
If you supply only a PO box number for your address, we have no choice but to ship by USPS priority.
All items going out of this country will ship by USPS Priority or Express, insured for the item value, or the maximum allowed for your particular country. Some countries limit insurance value. Customs value will be reported at the full value of the item--with no exceptions. We cannot quote customs fees, and you may check with custom officials in your particular country for the total fees.
Watches are packed very well to avoid damage. Generally they are double wrapped in bubble wrap, and then placed in the center of a box with additional packing material all around.
All claims for loss or damage during shipping must be filed by the addressee and we will cooperate with the necessary help and information, so that a full refund may be obtained from the shipping carrier--Post Office, UPS, etc
